Our air conditioner went out on the weekend and we were in the hospital having a baby. Called Mitchell Cooling and Heating and they rearranged their schedule to be able to come replace our entire unit first thing Monday morning. By that night we had a new heating and cooling unit and the house felt great.

The technician arrived at my house and I was not feeling well. We had returned home from being out of town and the air conditioner was running but the air was not cold. Told him where the units were, he found them, fixed the problem and then came and told it was done and what the cost was. I was elated that he considered that I just needed it fixed, quickly and easily and I then went to rest peacefully knowing the air was fixed and the house would be cool again soon. The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the cause of a whistling noise in main A/C intake vent. This noise was so annoying!
I had two other companies look into this prior to Mitchell Heating & Air, and neither of them diagnosed or eliminated the cause of the noise.
