I’ve been using Mitchell for a few years now. However, after hearing a lot of things about another company, I decided to give them a try. Big mistake. Huge mistake. They were not cool, and only masters at lying if you catch my drift. 😉The other company spent about 10 minutes checking out my unit, and quickly jumped to the conclusion that my 6 year old unit took a total poop, and I needed a new one at the low price of $13k. They were really pushy on financing right then and tried convincing me this was an investment…… right. When I mentioned paying cash they tried pushing financing even harder which grossed me out.I called my normal guys at Mitchell and was pleased as usual. The technician spent about 30 minutes diagnosing and troubleshooting my unit. It was a rainy day and he made it a point to take off his boots and carry them through my house. He was respectful and informative. He diagnosed my unit and was able to provide a solution that was less than a quarter of the replacement price.Installation of the new part was quick and professional. My technician explained the whole process and was also respectful of my home. I’m annoyingly inquisitive but the technician was more than happy to educate me through the process. Overall a 10/10 experience every time I deal with Mitchell. I’ll never cheat on you again I promise 🫠

Called on a Friday afternoon with a broken HVAC. They were there within an hour and had a new unit in by the following Tuesday. These guys were great. Highly recommend!

Mitchell Mechanical was great! Our 25 year old HVAC decided to quit 5 days before Christmas. Mitchell Mechanical was able to get a new HVAC within two days at a great price considering the two other quotes we received. They were on time, efficient with the install. The technicians were great! Customer service was great, returned calls timely. This type of customer service is rare these days!

This is my second house with Mitchell Mechanical and I've been in it for over twenty years. We had to replace both units after about 15 years. They scheduled me and they were in and out in a couple hours. They do great work and are easy to work with.They also answer there phone every time I call.Kurt Johnson

Nice, honest folks. Bought HVAC system from them several years ago for a good price. They have been professional and easy to work with. Made a repair covered by warranty. Service/experience was excellent. Currently under a 2X per year maintenance contract with them. Only positive experiences with their staff. Highly recommend.

We have been doing business with Mitchell for appx 31 years and have found them to be responsive and helpful at every interaction. The office staff is great at calling us back whenever we have to leave a message at off-hours as well as for emergency issues which have been infrequent but do happen. The technicians have always fixed our issue to the best of their ability on the first call, if not the follow up has been stellar.

I have always felt like you have done an excellent job. However, I was concerned about the man who came this past fall. He was so quick I ask him about it. He said as he held up a filter, "Yes all we need do in the fall is change the filter". I remember going back in the house and saying to my lady, "That was the quickest I've ever experienced." But everything seems to be working just fine so I really can't complain.

Our second level was too warm. The technician checked the thermostat, attic and the unit to determine the cause. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide a resolution. I am a happy customer.

Mitchell Mechanical installed a new HVAC system when we needed one years ago and we’ve continued our MVP contract with them ever since. They do a maintenance visit twice a year to maintain our system. We’ve been very happy with the services they’ve provided.

Always the best! Would recommend to all. Fast friendly affordable. We have been doing business with them for 25 years and they are the best! Not too big or small to be personal and friendly! Last Technician swept the attic for us because of our age!

I called on a weekend, not expecting a very quick call back, but Ron (the on-call tech) responded quickly. He clearly explained the after hours fee, and arrived in a timely manner. He was thorough and professional in diagnosing our AC problem, and had it back up and running.
