I’ve been using Mitchell for a few years now. However, after hearing a lot of things about another company, I decided to give them a try. Big mistake. Huge mistake. They were not cool, and only masters at lying if you catch my drift. 😉The other company spent about 10 minutes checking out my unit, and quickly jumped to the conclusion that my 6 year old unit took a total poop, and I needed a new one at the low price of $13k. They were really pushy on financing right then and tried convincing me this was an investment…… right. When I mentioned paying cash they tried pushing financing even harder which grossed me out.I called my normal guys at Mitchell and was pleased as usual. The technician spent about 30 minutes diagnosing and troubleshooting my unit. It was a rainy day and he made it a point to take off his boots and carry them through my house. He was respectful and informative. He diagnosed my unit and was able to provide a solution that was less than a quarter of the replacement price.Installation of the new part was quick and professional. My technician explained the whole process and was also respectful of my home. I’m annoyingly inquisitive but the technician was more than happy to educate me through the process. Overall a 10/10 experience every time I deal with Mitchell. I’ll never cheat on you again I promise 🫠
