AC not cooling one evrning last week. 80 degrees in side, thermostat set to 75. Called Mitchell and rechnician offered to stop by around 6:30 PM. Told him to come by next day. Turned system off for 4-5 hours while out for evening. Turned back on around 10:30 PM. Technician came next day to see if system was working OK. Everything seemed to be all right.

Mitchell staff and techs always do a great job for us. They checked out our HVAC unit and fixed the problem. We've used their services for about 5 years and will continue to do so. They are prompt, reasonable in price, and do a great job the few times we've had to call them.

We have use Mitchell for many years and love them. We recently had a weird HVAC issue and they stuck with us, took time to find out what the real problem was, and fixed the issue for a fair price. We will continue to sign up for the annual maintenance plan and use them for many years.

AC quit on 95 degree day. Called Mitchell, they made an appointment for service, service man was on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered necessary parts , & installed as soon as they were available. I am very happy now in my cool house.

I have received HVAC service from Mitchell Mechanical for 25 years. They have kept my Heat Pump working all of this time. The Guys who come to my place are always very respectful & kind. They are very good at explaining what was done & any future potential problems. I absolutely recommend for HVAC service.

Nice, honest folks. Bought HVAC system from them several years ago for a good price. They have been professional and easy to work with. Made a repair covered by warranty. Service/experience was excellent. Currently under a 2X per year maintenance contract with them. Only positive experiences with their staff. Highly recommend.

I inherited Mitchell from the previous homeowner and decided to stay with them since soon as I took ownership of my home, my AC system started to leak from the air handler. Called on a Saturday and a tech was at my new home within an hour. Since then, have only needed regular mtce checks and they are spot on and their techs are great!

Technician Matt with Mitchell has consistently provided expert and conscientious repairs and maintenance on our HVAC units at a fair price.
Mitchell Mechanical has taken care of my HVAC needs for over 25 years. Always courteous, professional personnel respond to whatever is needed. From routine service to new unit installs they can handle the job. Office stall is always friendly and eager to get spomeone out to service my HVAC systems.

Having our AC go belly up when I was providing in-home hospice for my husband was extremely stressful, to say the least. The folks at Mitchell couldn't have been nicer to deal with, and they helped take some of the pain out of the situation. Decent prices, too! It's also a relief to know that they'll be continuing to service our system twice a year. One less thing to worry about. I'd highly recommend these folks. Many thanks to them and to my gal pal Pam for recommending them.
Our AC coil went bad right when the heat wave hit. Mitchell Cooling & Heating was able to get out to our home that night and fixed it completely the next day. Mr Petersen & Mr Ruack were quick and informative. The issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Highly recommended as we are happily enjoying the fresh clean COLD air. I honestly felt like family and am thankful for their service.
We just had a new unit installed in the spring. The service was amazing. We had an issue tonight and William came out even at 9 pm with no complaints and a smile on his face. He was able to fix the problm. I highly recommend this company!!!

In the last year, we had both of our heat pump units replaced by Mitchell Mechanical. Even though the units were only 12 years old, they began leaking the "old" Freon that is being phased out. Their price was better than the other quotes we received and the installation process very smooth. We are happy customers... 🙂
I had 2 new Lennox systems installed on March 19th. The installs were done on schedule without any issues and the systems are both functioning perfectly. I have been a satisfied Mitchell Mechanical customer for over 10 years and when it was time to replace both of my systems the decision on what company to use was very easy.

THIS IS THE BEST HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY EVER. I HAVE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD AND DO NOT CALL THEM FOR THESE SERVICES; I ALWAYS CALL MITCHELL MECHANICAL. I HAVE VIP TREATMENT WITH THEM. THEY COME OUT TWICE A YEAR AND SERVICE MY HEATING AND AIR. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH AND THE COMPANY IS VERY FAIR IN PRICING. I HAVE REFERRED TWO PEOPLE TO THEM WHO WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH MITCHELL MECHANICAL.
