I inherited Mitchell from the previous homeowner and decided to stay with them since soon as I took ownership of my home, my AC system started to leak from the air handler. Called on a Saturday and a tech was at my new home within an hour. Since then, have only needed regular mtce checks and they are spot on and their techs are great!
We are always pleased with the service from Mitchell - we've been a customer since 1994, in 3 different homes! Just recently they responded to a Sunday morning request within an hour!!

Mitchell Cooling & Heating installed my units so I called them for my maintenance plan. They are prompt, update me on what they find and the condition of my units. The techs are always courteous and on time. I have not had any problems with my system and feel that is partly due to the fact they are good units and were installed correctly. I would recommend Mitchell Cooling and Heating for your AC needs.

Been using Mitchell for over 10 years. Always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Had them out for routine checkup recently but have had bigger issues in the past. Always take care of the issue quickly and even got a part covered under warranty that I didn't even know had a warranty. Trustworthy, dependable, and I will continue to use them for years to come.

I have a maintenance contract with Mitchell. They are the best! Greg installed a new thermostat and when it didn't work after a thunder storm he returned, readily fixed it, and showed me how to handle it in the future. I'm so happy I have a contract with them. Our second level was too warm. The technician checked the thermostat, attic and the unit to determine the cause. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide a resolution. I am a happy customer.

Technician Matt with Mitchell has consistently provided expert and conscientious repairs and maintenance on our HVAC units at a fair price.
Mitchell Mechanical has taken care of my HVAC needs for over 25 years. Always courteous, professional personnel respond to whatever is needed. From routine service to new unit installs they can handle the job. Office stall is always friendly and eager to get spomeone out to service my HVAC systems.

AC broke called it in at 9:22 am. He came, he fixed it and was out of here before 10:30 am on Memorial Day. Thanks as always for the Good Service.
Having our AC go belly up when I was providing in-home hospice for my husband was extremely stressful, to say the least. The folks at Mitchell couldn't have been nicer to deal with, and they helped take some of the pain out of the situation. Decent prices, too! It's also a relief to know that they'll be continuing to service our system twice a year. One less thing to worry about. I'd highly recommend these folks. Many thanks to them and to my gal pal Pam for recommending them.
Our AC coil went bad right when the heat wave hit. Mitchell Cooling & Heating was able to get out to our home that night and fixed it completely the next day. Mr Petersen & Mr Ruack were quick and informative. The issue was addressed and resolved quickly. Highly recommended as we are happily enjoying the fresh clean COLD air. I honestly felt like family and am thankful for their service.
We just had a new unit installed in the spring. The service was amazing. We had an issue tonight and William came out even at 9 pm with no complaints and a smile on his face. He was able to fix the problm. I highly recommend this company!!!
Corey came out and installed two units for us last week. He and his helpers were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable in what they were doing. We highly recommend Mitchell Mechanical, to anyone who need their Heating and Air replaced.
In the last year, we had both of our heat pump units replaced by Mitchell Mechanical. Even though the units were only 12 years old, they began leaking the "old" Freon that is being phased out. Their price was better than the other quotes we received and the installation process very smooth. We are happy customers... 🙂
I had 2 new Lennox systems installed on March 19th. The installs were done on schedule without any issues and the systems are both functioning perfectly. I have been a satisfied Mitchell Mechanical customer for over 10 years and when it was time to replace both of my systems the decision on what company to use was very easy.

THIS IS THE BEST HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY EVER. I HAVE AMERICAN HOME SHIELD AND DO NOT CALL THEM FOR THESE SERVICES; I ALWAYS CALL MITCHELL MECHANICAL. I HAVE VIP TREATMENT WITH THEM. THEY COME OUT TWICE A YEAR AND SERVICE MY HEATING AND AIR. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH AND THE COMPANY IS VERY FAIR IN PRICING.
