Residential Service HVAC Warranties

Mitchell Cooling + Heating is committed to ensuring each of our customers get the most value for the money spent with us. Our customers are the most important part of our company. We strive to offer above average warranties on all of our repairs and workmanship.

Maintenance agreement customers receive up to a 5 year warranty on most repairs with our 5 years parts replacement guarantee.

All service calls for non-maintenance customers are covered in full for 30 days. After 30 days, the parts only will be covered by the manufacturer according to their warranty.

Residential New Equipment HVAC Warranties

Your new system could be worry free for up to 10 years when it’s installed by Mitchell Cooling + Heating.

Labor and material to repair or replace parts or components covered under the warranty can be free to you for up to 10 years from the installation date. Call our office for details or to schedule your free quote today!

Our parts and labor warranty on new equipment is backed by a Surety Bond and is on file with the State of Georgia, Office of the Insurance Commissioner.

Residential New Construction HVAC Warranties

The standard warranty for new construction installations is 1 year on labor and 5 years on parts from the manufacturer.

Your new system could be worry free for up to 10 years when it’s installed with Mitchell Cooling + Heating.

Labor and material to repair or replace parts or components covered under the warranty can be free to you for up to 10 years from your closing date. Your new equipment must be registered with the manufacturer within 60 days of closing to extend your parts warranty up to 10 years. Your contact information must be registered with Mitchell Cooling + Heating within 60 days of closing to be eligible to extend your labor warranty up to 10 years.

Commercial Service HVAC Warranties

All commercial service repairs or maintenance are covered in full for 30 days. After 30 days, the parts only may be covered by the manufacturer. Parts coverage is determined by the manufacturer at their discretion.

Commercial New Equipment HVAC Warranties

The standard warranty for new equipment installed on commercial applications is 1 year on labor and 5 years on parts from the manufacturer.
